REGISTRATION FEES
Start fee by bank wire should be paid till 4th of September 2026. If you are willing to pay by cash on site, please inform about it by email till 3rd of September on info@beachdancecup.hu. Payment after the deadline will be increased by 20% of the entry fee.
Payment need to be done by DANCE SCHOOL.
All international payment needs to by done in EURO.

By decision of the WADF Committee, as of January 1, 2026, dancers’ licenses will no longer be paid directly into the Federation’s account. To facilitate registration, the license fee will be paid into the competition organizer’s account, which then forwards the fee to the Federation. Therefore, a €5 license fee must be added to each person’s entry fee.

This competition is just for the WADF members only.
The competition takes place on dance floor, not on ballet mat! Please use heel protector to protect the parquet!

Music: It is necessary to send the music to: dancecuphungary@gmail.com with start numbers, and please bring them with you on a flash drive.
We are not responsible for music in the wrong format or of inadequate quality.
Clothing and shoes: not regulated
Important information:
At the same time as submitting the entry, the preparatory teachers accept and acknowledge that each competitor competes at his own risk.
Parents and team managers are responsible for the health condition of the competitors. The team leaders are responsible for compiling the elements of the competition exercise and choosing their degree of difficulty.
The organizers are not responsible for any injuries that occur during the presentation of the production, or during the warm-up and practice before it.
The group leaders are responsible for the veracity of the data submitted in the entry.
A competitor can compete in only one event within the same category, in the same dance style, in the same age group. There is no competition against ourselves.
Entries for the above-mentioned competition can be made online in the manner specified in the competition notice, by observing the deadline. The registered choreographies are subject to an entry fee obligation, even if the production does not participate in the competition.
The competitor is obliged to follow the course of the competition and appear on time, before his own production, by the stage with at least 5 dances. The competition program is informative.
The competitor or group must appear on stage within 5 seconds of the conferment.
